2022 was a year resolutely focused on action and impact for the HEC community. Together, we brought projects to fruition, pushing our limits to ambitiously support all alumni, strengthening our ties with the school, and demonstrating the power of the solidarity that drives our community. Under the impulse of a new and increasingly committed generation, the initiatives led by the HEC Transition Club, the publication of our White Paper on Biodiversity, the momentum around the Climate Fresk (to name but a few) are all actions that unite young and not so young generations around the challenges facing firms when tackling transition and position HEC Paris alumni as leading actors for change. Our network daily embodies our shared value of "responsibility".
This year, driven by the same desire to meet, we did so around France, in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and elsewhere, during the (more than 1,000!) events organized by the Association. Our new UK House in the heart of London, now complete and open to welcome you, contributes to the international influence of our community and our school. This dynamism confirms once again not only the vitality of our network and the energy of the volunteers who run it, but also its global dimension. Finally, your contribution to a more united, inclusive, sustainable and prosperous world has been powerful. Through the actions to support Ukraine, but also through the emblematic collection of more than €800,000 during the 2022 edition of the Gala Dinner for the benefit of HEC Imagine Fellowship, a new programme that finances the studies of students from war-torn countries.
These successes were the result of the dynamism and collective energy that you and HEC Alumni have shown.
For even more impact, the HEC Green Economy Club and the student’s Transition Club merged to create HEC Transition. The objective of this new Club for its two co-presidents, Antoine Rabain (M.06) and Adam Melki (H.21): to promote and raise the profile of ecological transition projects by increasing the intervention capacities of the Association and the School (professors and students). An ambition in line with the socio-ecological challenges of our time!
This year again, the HEC Carrefours Job Fair was a real success. In the run-up to this highlight, on 12 and 13 January 2022, many of you took advantage of the HEC Alumni Forum, a day full of exchanges between students and alumni. We talked about "Personal branding", shared tips on how to deploy the value of your HEC network and enhanced your profiles during mock interviews and CV review workshops! It was also an opportunity for everyone to exchange with representatives from HEC Paris’ international offices.

The Network was celebrated in January when Adrien Couret presented his New Year wishes to all the volunteers who animate the HEC Community so dynamically. During the evening, a focus was placed on the highlights of the year, the Network, its Clubs, and especially:

It was also a great opportunity for Eloïc Peyrache to meet HEC graduates in these regions during meetings at the HEC Azur and HEC Provence Clubs!
